Accuspirals is one of the prominent manufacturers and suppliers of a wide range of precision engineering equipments. It was incepted in 1980 by a professional engineer Mr. B. K. Jain. Under the guidance of him the company has leaped to several steps. Our owner and mentor is an engineer by profession and is trained in Germany. His vision and hardwork has payed off in turning the company into a full fledged gear manufacturing unit with over 50 machine tools.
Our product range includes Spur Helical Gears, Spiral Bevel Gears, Straight Bevel Gears, Helical Bevel Gears, Face Clutchs and Timer Pulleys, Spur Gears and Helical Gears, Spline Shafts, Worm Shafts and Shaft Sprockets, Worm Wheels and Timing Pulleys, Rack and Pinion, VMC Machining Facilities. | By making use of qualitative raw material, we manufacture a qualitative range of gears, gear units and allied products. Our range includes industrial gears, gear allied products, helical ground gears, spiral bevel gears, straight bevel gears, spur helical gears, timing pulleys, worm wheels, worm shafts, shaft sprockets and spline shafts. Our range of spiral bevel gears includes palloid, cyclo palloid geometry & Gleason system. The straight bevel gears integrate Gleason system, reciprocating cutters & coniflex system. In addition, we also offer ground spur and ground worm shafts to our customers. Our range of product meets the application requirement in machine tool, CNC machine tool, printing and packaging machine, textile machine and others. |

| Our Manufacturing set up is spread out on in an area of 10000sq feet, with an additional office area of about 3000 sq feet. Here, we house machines from world renowned companies like Klingelnberg, Liebherr,Pfauter, Carl Mahr, Carl Zeiss, TOS, WMW to name a few. Our manufacturing range includes Spiral Bevel gears (Palloid, Cyclo Palloid geometry & Gleason system), Straight bevel gears (Gleason System, Reciprocating Cutters & Coniflex system), Ground Spur, Helical gears, Ground worm shafts and worm wheels. To ensure that the growing demands (read volume) of the market and our customers are met successfully, we have in place CNC turning centers, Turret lathes and band saw machines. To maintain consistent quality, we ensure verification of all incoming materials, prior to manufacturing and adhere strictly to the process control plans. All gear geometry is checked on sophisticated Lead – profile testers and gear roll testers by qualified and skilled persons. |
